Position Overview:

We are looking for a digitally driven and highly organized Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital innovation, and has hands-on experience managing the end-to-end delivery of websites, mobile applications, and digital activations. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, planning, executing, and delivering high-quality digital projects, ensuring alignment between clients, internal teams, and external partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Attend client meetings and assist in capturing, analyzing, and validating project requirements.
• Create detailed project timelines and communication charts.
• Assign responsibilities and track deliverables using project management tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and external vendors.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of all project deliverables and client submissions.
• Monitor project quality and performance, and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and partners for integrated project components.
• Manage project closure, including delivery notes, certificates of completion, and archival of documentation.
• Identify and suggest improvements to project management processes and workflows.
• Keep senior leadership informed of project status, risks, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Project Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing digital projects in a tech, creative, or agency environment.
• Solid understanding of digital development practices—web, mobile, animation, copywriting, UX/UI, and interactive experiences.
• Proficient in using modern project and task management platforms (e.g., Zoho, Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear action plans.
• Flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing shifting priorities.
• Experience working with creatives and developers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic is a plus.
