About The Role:

We are looking for a Creative Front-End Developer who can transform Figma/XD designs into high-quality, interactive, and visually engaging web experiences.

This role requires strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern animation techniques. You will work closely with designers to bring complex layouts, transitions, micro-interactions, and 3D/scroll-based animations to life.

Responsibilities:

• Convert Figma / Adobe XD designs into responsive, high-performance web pages.
• Implement advanced animations and interactive elements using tools like GSAP / ScrollTrigger, CSS animations & transitions, custom smooth-scroll
• Ensure perfect UI accuracy across breakpoints and devices
• Optimize pages for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate closely with designers to interpret creative concepts and resolve UI/UX challenges.
• Maintain clean, well-structured, reusable code.
• Work with backend developers to integrate templates into CMS (WordPress, WooCommerce, etc.) when needed.
• Debug cross-browser and cross-device issues.

Required Skills:

• Strong mastery of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Excellent understanding of responsive layouts and modern CSS techniques (Flexbox, Grid).
• Experience with GSAP, ScrollTrigger, or similar animation frameworks.
• Ability to reproduce animations exactly as designed.
• Experience integrating Figma/XD assets into real UI.
• Good understanding of performance optimization (lazy loading, asset optimization, etc.).
• Knowledge of one of the CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, or custom).
• Experience working with Git and modern development workflows.

Nice-To-Have (Optional):

• Experience with Three.js or WebGL.
• Experience building WordPress/WooCommerce front-ends.
• Experience with React (Next.js) for front-end interactions (not required).
• Motion design knowledge (After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
